Here are a few super foods you can add to your shopping list for healthier looking skin!

Anti-oxidants to fight premature aging

  • Olive oil has long been known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

  • Green tea is naturally calming with anti-inflammatory effects,  When taken regularly it can help regulate metabolism and fight internal radicals. And before you throw out the bags, let them cool down and use them over your eyes to naturally calm puffiness. 

  • Pomegranates are high in antioxidants and can be eaten fresh.  Prefect for anti-aging from the inside out.

  • Other age-defying foods include sweet potato, kale, papaya, spinach and red and yellow capsicum.
