Brown Skin Secrets is the product name and is a registered trademark of Skin Naturalé Pty Ltd ABN 32 155 472 503. The Operations of Skin Naturalé is governed by Australian Legislation.
1. Copyright and Trademarks
This Website and the data contained in it are covered by copyright laws and is the property of Skin Naturalé Pty Ltd. Copyright applies to the site, content, logo’s, product names, brand names, concepts, pictures etc. Use of any intellectual property on this site is subject to getting written consent from Skin Naturalé Pty Ltd.
The person or business making a purchase via the Website will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on behalf of the persons or business entities named during purchase (if different from the person making payment). By proceeding with the purchase you have also accepted that you are purchasing in line with Australian legislation pertaining to the purchased product(s) and the ingredients used. You should provide full and accurate personal details at the time of placing your order with us.
2.1 Cost of products
All prices quoted on the Website are in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you. You accept total responsibility for the goods purchased by you and you accept to use the goods at your own risk.
Payment is required in full prior to goods being dispatched, unless a credit arrangement is agreed beforehand and is in writing. We accept payment via PayPal which includes Credit Card via Paypal. When you place an order, you may wish to sign up as a customer (this will only take a few minutes) to ensure you receive information on competitions, specials, educational blogs, updates etc. Signing up will also ensure quick processing the next time you wish to make a purchase. However you can also elect to make purchases as a ‘Guest’.
2.3 Postage of Goods
We can post goods to almost anywhere in the world. Delivery time is dependent on your location, but generally anywhere from 3 to 10 days. The most cost effective postage outside Australia is Airmail. Packages via Airmail outside of Australia cannot be tracked and as a condition of purchase, customers agree to indemnify Skin Naturalé against any claims for lost, misplaced or delayed packages, or related financial losses.
As products are made from natural and organic ingredients, the colour, smell and viscosity may change. This is normal. Always do a test patch on your skin prior to usage, to ensure there are no allergic reactions.
4. Faulty Items
If we assess an item as faulty, we will replace or refund the product(s) free of additional freight charges. If the product is deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this clause.
5. Cancellation of Orders
Skin Naturalé may cancel your order if it is for any reason unable to provide you with the goods subject to your order. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
6. Incorrect Orders
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the individual product packaging. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be accepted by you and a satisfactory substitute for what you ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. If you received the order incorrectly, the goods remain the property of Skin Naturalé until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above. You will not be charged for re-delivery of items under this clause.
7. Returns and Refund
Items may be returned within 7 days of original dispatch date in its original condition and include all original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% (or $16 whichever is greater) of the original purchase price will be deducted. We recommend you utilise registered post as we do not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post. Please allow 10 working days from the day you return your product for your refund to be actioned or your exchange product to be re-delivered. Please enclose a copy of your tax invoice, a brief explanation and the product in a secure package and mail to an address that will be provided.
8. Choice of Law
The law applicable to any manufacturing claims, services provided, information posted or product(s) sold shall be governed by the law of Australia, specifically Victoria.
